November 10th, 2010, Mr. Zhihua HUANG, our General Manager, Ms. Dan JIN and Mr. Song LIU of Japan Representative, accept invitation from industrial promotion of Kanagawa JAPAN to make a lecture of CHINESE IP PROTECTION STATUS IN QUO AND POLICY IN RESPONSE OF JAPANESE ENTERPRISE for one of chemical industry enterprises.More than 20 managers and cadres from the Department of Enterprise Technology Development, Intellectual Property, Marketing and Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center took part in the seminar.
       During this Lecture, general manager HUANG introduced status of Chinese patents, utility models, design, trademark application, IP right disputes as well as some changes in the past and in the future. In contrast with Japan on the basis of the intellectual property system, general manager HUANG gave some pertinent recommendations aimed at Japanese enterprises. This lecture lasted for three hours, and participants spoke highly of it. As well as lay a solid foundation for further cooperation.
