Then the mark was objected by Tecent science and technology Ltd during the opposition period. We filed the reply to opposition for our client and listed our argument for opposition by the due time. China Trademark Office (CTMO) issued the adjudication of opposition on November 17, 2010, which the opposition was untenable and our client’s mark “QShow” was gained the trademark protection in China.
