TDIP upholds the service concept which strengthen the public awareness of intellectual property rights, promote the development of intellectual property in China, and promote the conversion of the of intellectual property results. Based on 1st TDIP Beijing International IP seminar of AMENDMENT TO PATENT LAW OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND REVIEW OF THE LATEST REFORM OF EUROPEAN PATENT AND ITS IMPACT on July, 20, 2009, 2nd TDIP Beijing International Intellectual Property Seminar of HOW TO DEAL WITH GREAT CHANGES IN VARIOUS IP SYSTEMS was successful held on July 31, 2010.There are around 80 participants who came from IP departments of over 40 domestic enterprises and took part in this Seminar.
       During this Seminar, The expert from Department of Treaties and Law of SIPO presented INFLUENCES ON CHINESE PATENTS BROUGHT BY THE NEW CHIENSE PATENT LAW; Zhongkui LEE, experienced Patent Attorney of TDIP, presented HOW TO DEAL WITH CHANGES CAUSED BY THE NEW PATENT LAW; the lecturer from DATANG Mobile Telcom Ltd. introduced experience of in-house patent business and patent situation of Telcom industry; Ms.Mccarthy Christine experienced Patent Attorney from US presented INTRODUCTION ON US PATENT SYSTEM AND SUGGESTIONS TO CHIENSE APPLICANTS; Dr.Benedikt Dronke experienced Patent Attorney from Germany presented EUROPEAN PATENT SYSTEM AND THE COMPARISON OF DIFFERENT WAYS OF OBTAINING PATENS IN EUROPE; Mr.Hideto KOHNO experienced Patent Attorney from Japan presented JAPANESE PATENT SYSTEM AND SUGGESTIONS TO CHINESE APPLICANTS ; Mr. Oh Wonseok experienced Patent Attorney from Korea presented INTRODUCTION ON KOREAN PATENT SYSTEM AND SUGGESTIONS TO CHINESE APPLICANTS; Mr.Yanpeng ZHOU from TAIWAN presented PROBING A WAY FOR CHINESE ENTERPRISES TO SELF-INNOVATION IN LIGHT OF FOREIGN MNC’S EXPERIENCES IN IP PROTECTION AND BRANDS INNOVATION.
        During this Seminar, participants positive ask questions to lecturers aimed at actual situation of own enterprise. Relevant lecturers patiently and particularly answer all kinds of questions and give solutions for enterprises.
