On the behalf of a client in a design invalidation proceeding( Chinese patent ZL. 200930134194.4), Mr. Zhongkui Li, a patent attorney from our TDIP filed a request for invalidation due to the above-mentioned patent failed to satisfy with requirements under Art.9 of the Chinese Patent Law. The Reexamination Board totally agreed with our stands and issued a decision where the key factor is: the fine differences in a part of the design product would not significantly affect the overall observation from the assembled or disassembled design product. Accordingly, the patent is announced invalid.
