The Madrid International Trademark Application No.958072 was refused in China in October, 2009. The applicant Wöhner GmbH & Co. KG Elektrotechnische Systeme entrusted us with trademark review on this trademark. We filed the review for our client and listed our argument by the due time. China Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (CTRAB) made the decision on this case on December, 2010 that our client’s trademark protection in China was granted.
